When will I get my order?
We are currently shipping 2x a week. All orders ship within 3-7 business days. For all product (not sticker) orders you will receive an email with tracking when your order ships. Please note: due to COVID-19 shipping may be at a slower pace as we adjust to staggered work schedules and USPS delays.
How will my order be shipped?
We use USPS for all orders, domestic and international. Orders will ship USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority depending on the weight. 69herbs is not responsible for USPS having trouble delivering your package. If your package is lost or damaged and more than a week has passed, please read USPS insurance terms and contact us at email@example.com to begin filing a claim.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. All items are final sale.
The product I want is sold out! When will you restock?
We’re growing and working to keep up with demand while retaining our connection + relationship to the medicine that we make. Especially with the current conditions, this means products are often sold out. We announce all restocks on instagram before they hit the site - turn on notifications if you don’t want to miss !
Are you products vegan / gluten free / alcohol free?
YES. Our products are 100% vegan, gluten free, and alcohol free - and 100% of plants used in our products are organic and sourced from local farms whenever possible. If you have other questions about ingredients, contraindications, or allergies, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org.
What do I do with these drops…?
The drops are for internal consumption! You can put them directly on your tongue, in a beverage, on your pillow, etc. They don’t need to go under your tongue - they taste delicious.
What are your COVID protocols?
We’re adapting to the changing conditions of this pandemic every day and making choices accordingly to get this medicine out to y’all as safely as possible. We are a super small team and as of now our studio is open and we are shipping orders; that is subject to change at any moment. Our policies for our in-studio workshop include wearing masks at all times, sanitizing surfaces and hands regularly, regular COVID testing for all staff, and keeping the number of people in the space to a minimum at all times (never more than 3 of us).
Do you offer local pick up in NYC?
Normally we do offer pick-up at our studio in downtown NYC — due to COVID-19 and minimizing exposure for our staff, pick-ups are currently on hold.
Are you taking new wholesale accounts?
We love our wholesale stockists! At this time, we are being very selective with new accounts. If you’re interested in stocking our products please email email@example.com with your website and a blurb about your space.
